The consultant (a wonderful young man) was very attentive, polite, and patient. He provided a good selection of ring styles and diamonds of different sizes, which helped me make the best choice. I was also very pleased with the production time, they arrived faster than I expected on the eve of February 14th, which was the best time. I still can't take my eyes off my ring, it's amazing. Thank you.

Ik wist niet precies wat ik moest kiezen. DF gebeld en meer dan een uur aan de telefoon gezeten. Goede uitleg, geen opdringen, lekker ontspannen tot een mooie ring gekomen! Binnen de verwachte levertijd aangekomen met vele extras waar ik niet eens om gevraagd had. Top service!

Zijn enorm goed geholpen. Er wordt ruim de tijd genomen (afspraak maken is verstandig, zeker in het weekend) en goed geluisterd naar de wensen. Hebben ons totaal niet gepushed tot aankopen gevoeld.

We had great service from Danique at the Rotterdam location. She really took her time for us, to search for the perfect weddingrings! It was exciting to finally go on our search for the rings! But Danique gave us some nice tea, so it felt really relaxed and also proffesional! We would defenitly go there back again!
